Stuff I'm doing...other than my own podcast.

Believe it or not, I'm actually writing and recording today so that I can get the long-delayed episode 14 released to the public. That said, I've not been entirely sedentary. Here's what I've been doing:

  • I'm also doing some work on the Anime '82 podcast, namely the first installment of the 12 Questions Series and the as-yet-unreleased third installment of the Mecha Madness series. (link will magically appear here once it exists)
  • And finally, I'm hoping that I start to get some traffic because of my first voice work for the Butt Fudge Sundae podcast (not for the easily offended), available through the subscriber-only Superfreak Sideshow feed of the Distorted View podcast (again very, very raunchy and not for the easily offended).

Outside of that it's all work, horsekeeping, housekeeping, and a very specific brand of nerdiness: appearances and charity work with the Columbus Ghostbusters.

First up in 2010: Ohayocon!

Kicking off the new year right, with another double dose of live entertainment provided by Anime Hell on Friday and Saturday nights this weekend--January 29-31--at Ohayocon in downtown Columbus at the Hyatt Regency and the Columbus Convention Center, co-hosted by the nigh-almighty Gavv and the dread in absentia specter of Danno. I'm in the process of getting a podcasting table at the convention, so with a bit of luck you'll see me there!

No plans to record any kind of a live show, but who knows what might happen? I've got a pretty full schedule with Greggo's game shows, the anime music video contest showings, and of course Anime Hell.

If Anime Hell isn't enough to satisfy you, I'll also be hosting an AMV 101 panel on Friday afternoon (3pm or thereabouts) for those curious about the world of anime music videos.
